KBS Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. Learning Solutions provides classroom and online training for many certifications and our courses are designed to help professionals earn expertise and knowledge in their industry. KBS is responsible to conduct the training courses as per the planned schedule. However, we reserve the right to postpone/cancel session, or we can change the location at any point of time due to some unavoidable reasons.

Terms

• In case KBS cancels the training session, we will issue 100% refund • Cancellations request from candidates received a minimum 15 days prior to the commencement of training session would be offered 75% refund of total payment made by them

• In case, the delegate cancels the participation in less than 15 days of the commencement of the training program or does not turn up for the training, no fee will be refunded. (Refer to TP-01 Delegate Registration Process available on our website)

• Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the delegate.

• Delegate attendance required is 100% and if any delegate fails to appear in the course for any day, the delegate will not be allowed to appear for the exam and no fee will be refunded.

• All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by KBS Certification Services Pvt. Ltd.

• We ensure the accuracy of price quoted. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. In such instance we will notify you of any errors and refund your money in case of any disagreement.
